Order Status

Most orders ship the same day as they were placed, provided your phone order was placed before 4pm ET, Monday - Friday or your web order was placed before 4pm ET, Monday - Friday.

Tracking Your Package

If you have recently placed an order and would like to track the delivery of your package, simply click "Order Tracking" in the top navigation bar and enter your order number, zip code, and last name and we will provide you with the tracking details of your package.  

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous United States.  We also offer express services with Second-Day UPS and Next Day Air.  

Is the information I give you secure?

All orders are encrypted with SSL technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for this technology to work, you must use an SSL–enabled browser.
