Product Comments
The product arrived promptly and in good condition. However, every etiquette website I have researched indicates that the inner envelopes are not to be gummed. The outer envelope gets beat up in the mail, so the purpose of the inner envelope is to be pristine. With a gummed inner envelope, it can easily get sealed by accident, making it less than pristine. I think this product could easily get 5 *s just by coming ungummed.

Service Comments
When I contacted customer service, they were very polite and wanted to help. However, they don't have ungummed inner envelopes available to replace these with. They do have a return policy, which I may need to use on this order.
