Perpetual Plaque with 13 Plates

You've probably seen a Perpetual Plaque before, but didn't know it had a special name. This beautiful wooden plaque comes with your choice of text and design engraved on a large top plate. Twelve smaller plates are featured below it. You purchase the entire thing at once, and every month you simply submit the name of your volunteer, employee, student, staff member, etc., and we will send you an engraved plate with that information! The result is a plaque with a full year's worth of engraved plates. Display them in your office lobby, reception area, and more.
