Add Us To Your Approved Sender List

Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, and Express:
  1. In the Toolbar options at the top, click the Safe Lists drop-down.
    Note: This is located in the "Junk Email" section
  2. Select "Add sender to Address book".
  3. Click OK.
Outlook 2010:
  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
  2. Click the Junk button.
  3. Choose "Junk E-Mail Options" from the drop-down list.
  4. Go to the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Type in either the email address or the domain name you wish to add.
  6. Click OK.
Outlook 2013:
  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
  2. Click Junk > Junk Email Options.
  3. Select the Safe Senders Tab and click Add.
  4. In the Add address or domain box, enter the email address or the domain name you want to whitelist.
  5. Click OK and close the window.
Outlook 2014:
  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
  2. Click the Junk button.
  3. Choose "Junk E-Mail Options" from the drop-down list.
  4. Go to the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Type in either the email address or the domain name you wish to add.
  6. Click OK.
Outlook 2016:
  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013
  2. In the home tab, click the Junk drop down menu.
  3. Then click Junk Email Options
  4. Navigate to the Safe Recipients tab.
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Type in the email address or domain you want to whitelist, then click okay.
Office 365 Exchange:
  1. In the Exchange admin center click on Mail Flow.
  2. Next create a new rule by clicking on the + icon and click Bypass spam filtering…
  3. Select "*Apply this rule if…" for "The sender… domain is"
  4. Add the domain you wish to whitelist.
  5. Select "Stop Processing more rules" and then click save.
Outlook.com (Formerly Hotmail):
  1. Open your Outlook mailbox.
  2. Select Options from the top right (next to the question mark).
  3. Select More options > Safe and blocked senders (under Preventing junk email) > Safe senders.
  4. In the space provided, enter the address.
    Example: You can either enter a specific email address or use *xxxxx.com or @xxxxx.com to whitelist the domain (replace the xxxxx with the domain name).
  5. Select Add to list.
  6. Ensure the safe mailing lists box has the address you entered, and select OK.
MSN:
  1. Select Settings: Email | Junk e-mail (bottom left, just above Calendar).
  2. From the E-mail settings screen, select Junk E-mail Guard.
  3. Select Safe List.
  4. Enter the email address.
    Example: You can either enter a specific email address or use *xxxxx.com or @xxxxx.com to whitelist the domain (replace the xxxxx with the domain name).
  5. Select "Add."
Yahoo! Mail:
  1. Click the "Addresses" button.
  2. Select "Add Contact."
  3. Save the desired e-mail address to your contacts list.
Gmail:
  1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Click the plus button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, which says "Add Contact" when hovered.
  3. In the primary email address box, type the e-mail address that you want to add.
  4. Click "Save."
AOL Mail:
  1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Enter email address and additional information if you wish.
  4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.
Mail for iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch)
  1. In the email, tap the sender.
  2. Select either "Add Contact" or "Existing Contact"
  3. Enter the email address and4 other information
Default Mail client for Android:
  1. In the default mail client, touch the picture/placeholder of the sender.
  2. Click "OK" to add to contacts.
